December 2023 SHIPPING POLICY

The Royal Mail state the last shipping date to get your orders in time for Christmas is 18th December - orders are shipped second class. Please note we cannot guarantee orders will arrive in time for Christmas as once parcels are with the Royal Mail it’s out of our hands. This is a busy time of year for them, please allow for additional delays.

Orders will still be accepted on the website throughout December and will be shipped out regularly -within 5-10 working days excluding weekends and bank holidays (unless pre orders - please read below).

PRE ORDERS:

Due to the high volume of orders during this busy period some products on our website are marked as ‘pre orders’ . This will be noted in the product description and an estimated date is dispatch will be provided - please note this is an estimate.

Please note any other items ordered with a pre order item will be sent at the same time as the pre order. If you’d like an item sooner than the pre order please order it separately.*

Nurse Bitesize Subscription Packs

These are shipped out around the 1st of each month (excluding weekends, and bank holidays). These are shipped 2nd class Royal Mail. 

 

We will arrange for the products you purchase to be delivered to the delivery address you specify during the checkout process within 5 -10 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays) unless it’s a pre order. Orders are generally dispatched twice a week, Mondays and Fridays.

You items will be dispatched via Royal Mail second class (untracked) unless your order is of a higher value in which case we’ll send it signed for /tracked using Royal Mail or Parcel Force- you will then be sent a tracking number. 

We (Nurse Bec Supplies) cannot be held responsible if on the rare occasion products get damaged in transit. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive. We cannot be held responsible if orders are delayed in the post.

We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver your products on or before the date for delivery set out in the order confirmation or, if no date is set out in the order confirmation, within [7 days following the date of the order confirmation]; however, we do not guarantee delivery by this date.

We do guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of products will be dispatched within [30] days following the later of receipt of payment and the date of the order confirmation.

At present we only deliver products [to addresses on the UK mainland] via this website.
